Teacher Notes

ABOUT THIS LESSON
Sort your worries into control, influence, and let go. The lesson helps students sort a worry into what we control, influence or let go.

TEACHING INSIGHT
Scripture never asks us to fake calm. Paul names worry plainly, then hands the uncontrollable part to God.

FACILITATION FOCUS
The main application is “Control sort”, where students move from discussing the idea to trying it in a concrete example. Keep returning to the takeaway: “Steady people spend their energy where it can make a real difference.” Look for whether students place a worry in a circle and give a reason, without being handed the answer.
