ABOUT THIS LESSON
Naming two real strengths and one way each can serve others. The lesson helps students identify two strengths and one way each can serve others.
TEACHING INSIGHT
Every person has equal dignity and a different capacity. Gifts are received, not earned, and they grow up when they are used for someone else.
FACILITATION FOCUS
The main application is “Strength-to-service match”, where students move from discussing the idea to trying it in a concrete example. Keep returning to the takeaway: “A gift is measured by who it serves, not by who applauds.” Look for whether students offer an action first and a label second, rather than a flattering label with no evidence.
